Oscar J. Martinez MD, FACEP

Co-Founder/Medical Director

Dr. Martinez was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He is a graduate of The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and remained at UT Southwestern to complete his residency in Emergency Medicine at Parkland Hospital. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and has worked as an attending physician and medical director at urban trauma centers, rural hospitals, and free-standing Emergency Departments. During his tenure as medical director, he was awarded the Thomas Frist Humanitarian Award, given to individuals who serve their community and whose daily dedication and care giving epitomize the highest standards of quality and personal commitment.

Paul Foster, DO, FACEP

Co-Founder/Medical Director

Dr Paul Foster is a board certified Emergency Medicine Physician who has worked in Emergency Departments throughout Texas. He was born and raised in Montana, and after a stint in the U.S. Air Force received his undergraduate degree at Harvard University.
